    "Fitting: • Wrap the brace around your wrist and thumb (as shown in the picture), then secure the hook and loop fasteners • Adjust the support until it fits firmly, yet comfortably. Care: • Make sure to secure all hook and loop fasteners before washing, so they don’t stick to other fabrics. • Machine wash at low-temperature and gentle spin or hand-wash with lukewarm water and soft detergent. • DO NOT tumble dry, dry clean, use bleach or fabric softeners. "
